All services, tests and results, both psychological and academic, are strictly confidential in accordance with Texas State law (22 TAC Chapter 681, Chapter 611) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Disclosure of information cannot be made without a client's/examinee's written consent.
