Correspondence/Proctored Test Requests

ATTENTION: The UMHB Testing Center will not be able to administer any correspondence exams July 14 - July 28, 2014. Please make arrangements to test at another site during this time.

The Testing Center is located at 201 West 11th Avenue. Parking is available across the street next to the Clements building or in front of the Parker building. Parking spots immediately next to the building are reserved for staff/faculty only.

Guidelines for Proctored Exams:

  • The UMHB Testing Center can proctor exams from different colleges or unviversities. Students must be granted permission from the college or university to test at UMHB.

  • The maximum time allowed for testing is 3 hours.

  • There is a $30 proctor fee to UMHB (cash, check, credit/debit card) for each exam administered. Payment is due at time of service or you will not be tested.

  • Exams MUST be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance but no more than 2 weeks in advance. Space for correspondence exams is limited allowing UMHB exams first priority.

  • For students who have taken correspondence exams at UMHB before, please make sure UMHB is still listed as an approved proctor. If so, feel free to request an exam time below.

  • If you have not taken a correspondence exam with UMHB, you will need to contact your professor for approval before scheduling your exam. You may call the Testing Center at (254) 295-4696 to obtain information you need to provide about the Testing Center to your professor. The Testing Center does not contact your professor, university/college, or institution to receive exams or any other arrangements.

Please select the date you would like to test.
