Services
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE UMHB TESTING CENTER
The Counseling and Testing Center facilitates protocols, procedures, test administration, and the reporting of credit. These functions are in cooperation with the University Registrar and respective academic departments. The respective academic departments establish criteria for performance required on Credit by Examination tests and other testing for which credit is waived or granted.
Commonly offered testing includes the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), ACT National and Residual Assessments, and Quick Texas Higher Education Assessment (QTHEA). Other testing programs recognized and accepted by UMHB include SAT, AP, IB and DANTES. Contact the Testing Center at (254) 295-4696 for more information.
The Credit-By-Exam chart illustrates the current score requirements for credit at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Please note that test/score requirements are subject to change. Please contact the Robert & Linda Black Center for Counseling, Testing & Health Services for the most current information regarding credit by examination.
